About The Exhibit

 

This exhibit will uncover the history behind the Polish soldiers' camp in Owen Sound. We will also feature some of those that came to Owen Sound, went back to Poland during the war, then returned to Owen Sound to make this their home. Featuring original art inspired by the Polish Soldier Tree discovered on the Bruce Trail just outside of town, a living testament to the memory of the soldiers that were stationed here.
